ORDER PROCESSING

Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays). Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. 

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:
USPS Mail: $8.50  (5-7 business days)
USPS Expedited mail: $25. 00 (2-3 business days)

Once your package is mailed it is no longer the responsibility of Pop Stylez.

Once tracking is issued, all questions regarding packages should be addressed to USPS. 
 

RETURN POLICY
 Pop Stylez understands that ordering online is not always perfect and can be difficult at times. However, we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

    1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

    2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in the ineligibility to receive store credit.  

    3. Bodysuits and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE.

    4. Pop Stylez does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
    5. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email popstylezboutique18@gmail.com within  8hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

EASY RETURNS
    1. All items are returned to Pop Stylez at the expense of the customer. Please fill out the return slip and include in your package.

 
    2. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Pop Stylez. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
    3 . Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded  upon receipt.
    9. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.

Pop Stylez will send all tracking numbers within 24 hours of shipping. Shipments are made on business days only (excluding Holidays) .
